Flora's Beyond Grape seed has been clinically proven to protect cells by neutralizing free radicals. This is an ideal supplement for overall health and more specifically for those concerned with leg veins (varicose veins), cardiovascular support, allergies, aging, and more.
Over fifty years ago in the Bordeaux region of France, Dr. Jacques Masquelier made one of the most significant discoveries in nutritionalscience. He isolated a powerful antioxidant, cell and tissue protector, known today as Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins (OPCs).
Flora has formulated Beyond Grape Seed® by blending Masquelier’s Original OPCs with a full spectrum of bioflavanoids from bilberries and cranberries.
Beyond Grape Seed® helps avert premature ageing by blocking destructive enzymes and reducing free radical-induced weakening of collagen - an essential and major component of skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
OPCs offer protection to collagen and at the same time support the body’s ability to maintain and enhance the health of connective tissue and the elasticity of skin.
It is 20 times more powerful than Vitamin C and 50 times more powerful than Vitamin E in its ability to scavenge free radicals and block destructive enzymes.
The OPC Complex in Beyond Grape Seed® penetrates both water and fat cellular membranes and even has the capacity to cross the blood-brain barrier.
OPCs maintain the structure and integrity of the veins, arteries and capillaries, which ensure efficient circulation and oxidation and also the prevention of heart disease.
